Walkthrough
We visit, measure, and talk through colours and finishes. Your quote is a firm number, and it does not change unless the scope does.

Prep
Patching, sanding, caulking, taping, and masking. Good prep is most of a good paint job, and it is where cheap painters cut corners. We do not.
Floors and furniture fully protected -

Paint
Edges cut in by hand, surfaces rolled even. We clean up at the end of every day, so your home stays livable while we work.

Final walk
We inspect every wall with you under good light and touch up anything you are not sure about, before we call it done.

When is the best time to book exterior painting?
Exterior season in Edmonton runs roughly May through September, when temperatures stay warm enough for paint to cure properly. Spring books up fast. Interiors we paint year-round, including the dead of winter.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Every job is done by our own small crew, and the owner is on site. The people you meet at the quote are the people painting your house.
What kind of paint do you use?
Premium lines from major brands, matched to the job: scrubbable finishes for hallways and kids' rooms, moisture-resistant paint for bathrooms, and exterior coatings rated for Alberta's freeze-thaw cycles. Have a brand preference? We will use it.
Do I need to move my furniture?
No. We shift and cover furniture, mask floors and fixtures, and put everything back when we are done. You just pick the colours.
Are you insured?
Yes. Full liability insurance and WCB coverage on every member of the crew. Certificates available on request, no awkwardness.
